Immediate Hire Opportunity! Due to growth, we are looking for dedicated, experienced service technicians to repair, maintain, and install commercial dishmachines and water softeners, manage inventory, and deliver product to our extensive and diverse customer base.

We are an independent, locally owned and operated company providing sales, service and products to commercial kitchen and laundry facilities in the Sarasota and Manatee County area--including many of your favorite restaurants and bars.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides emergency and scheduled preventive maintenance of commercial dish machines, on both scheduled daily routes and as-needed for emergencies
• Performs hands-on skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for installation, troubleshooting, and repair of dish machines and water softeners
• Reads and interprets product usage to maintain proper product inventory
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs, repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to Bend, Squat, Reach, Lift

• Ability to work quickly in a fast paced environment.
• Must adhere to proper safety protocols
• Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a background check
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with co-workers, clients, and vendors
• Must be a team player
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred but not required; and/or equivalent training and experience.
• Previous service technician experience preferred. Will train the right person.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of plumbing and electric are required. Will train the right person.

Communication Skills

• Ability to read and write routine correspondence including work orders. Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and spec sheets. Ability to speak effectively with customers and/or employees of organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
