MEMCO Solutions is hiring a Pipe Layer/Pipefitter Foreman (sewer & drain) in Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Mon - Fri ; some Saturdays. Long-term and full-time

Pay: $33- $40; based on experience

Per Diem offered; Hotel accommodations provided for traveling

Overview: We are looking for a Superintendent in the sewer and drain industry, specializing in commercial property projects throughout the state of Georgia. We are currently seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators/Pipelayers to join our team. If you are skilled in operating bulldozers and excavators and have experience in pipe laying for sewer and drainage systems, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment, including bulldozers and excavators, to dig and lay pipes for commercial sewer and drain projects.
• Follow project specifications and blueprints to ensure accurate and safe installation of pipelines.
• Work on various job sites throughout the state of Georgia, which may require extended stays away from home.
• Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in pipe laying, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience operating bulldozers and excavators, specifically in a sewer and drain installation context.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the state of Georgia, with occasional extended stays at various job sites.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
