Job Description

As a Business Analyst within Shared Services of the Control Management Organization, you will be trained as the subject-matter-expert for the Quality Assurance systems, processes and technology. You will be responsible for business processes pertaining to population, sampling, questionnaire, and reporting. In a typical day, you will be responsible for executing reporting and sampling processes, analyzing and triaging change requests, and communicating status to internal and QA Teams. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and load data files to Quality Assurance Testing systems
  • Create and validate Quality Assurance reporting
  • Assist users to trouble shoot issues among reports, systems, processes, and procedures
  • Work with clients, developers, and management to determine system requirements for population and sampling data loaded to Quality Assurance testing systems, and assess the impact of requests for new testing and modification to existing testing
  • Perform maintenance, user acceptance testing, and validation for existing tools, platforms, and databases
  • Document end-user requirements and assist management with prioritizing changes based on business needs
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with users of the Shared Services technology, tools and data
  • Demonstrate familiarity and competence with departmental and team procedures and applicable systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency or reduce risks by enhancing processes or implementing new technology or software to meet business needs.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
  • Problem solving / issue resolution skills as well as customer service skills
  • Team player with the ability to work productively within a group
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Flexible and adaptable in response to changing demands
  • Proven ability to work and think independently
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities: 

  • Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
