We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in POS systems, ane supervising, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.

*Responsibilities*

- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts

- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

- Supervise staff and provide guidance as needed

- Manage cash handling procedures accurately

- Assist with food and kitchen management tasks

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant or hotel

- Implement company policies and procedures effectively

*Requirements*

- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or quick-service fast food establishments

- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Knowledge of food management and kitchen operations

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
