Onsite L2 Desktop/Laptop Project Tech
***THIS IS FOR A 2.5-3 MONTH LONG PROJECT***
- Capable of "white-glove” customer service/care, excellent troubleshooting skills
- Will travel (up to 50% of the time) to different sites in their respective region to:
- Provide one-off support during project hypercare window
- Train users on how to use the device
- Market / champion OT PAW solution
- Responsible for imaging/building laptops, identities based on provided build instructions and DWS processes
- Responsible for organizing, tracking inventory of returned and new devices, and reporting metrics
- Responsible for handling the rollout transaction with users and initial support for field workers who come onsite to drop off old device and pick up the new one
