Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists with the day-to-day operations of the ski & snowboard school
- Providing exceptional guest service through the efficient organization of instructors and support staff
- Resolves guest and employee issues as needed
- Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance - including seasonal performance reviews
- Mentors and assists in the development and training of future leaders
Qualifications
- 3+ years working in snow sports school, preferably with supervisory experience
- Ability to positively influence and support others
- High levels of emotional intelligence
- Superior communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide great guest service
- Strong understanding of school operations and the guest experience trail
