THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA. PRIOR SOX IT EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. BUT IT AND ACCOUNTING/AUDIT EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Overview
Provision, deprovision, and maintain employee Active Directory and Azure accounts in three AD tenants using Quest ARS and ADManage, including users in virtualization environments;

Provision, deprovision, and maintain CSG Citrix/Singleview/Convergent Billing, Salesforce, Epicor, Doclink, NICE/Cxone, Verint, US Bank, Oracle, Visual Lease, Aclaimant, and other various tool user account ID's;

Provision, deprovision, and troubleshoot user admin VPN access using MobilePass/Safenet and Forticlient;

Assist employees in successful login and access to Active Directory accounts as well as listed tools/applications.

  • Create, configure policies/workflows for, and maintain Active Directory security and distribution groups, including dynamic AD groups, in three AD tenants, for a 5000+ employee Internet Service Provider in compliance with corporate security, quality of service, and SOX auditing standards.
  • Monitor appropriate email inboxes and provide accurate and timely email support, communicating effectively with users and their management chain.
  • Assist in the composition and maintenance of team and user knowledge base documentation, published in Conex, Sharepoint, and OneNote.
  • Accurately and promptly respond to ITGC audit requests as necessary.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain PowerShell scripts to provision and deprovision users in Active Directory, as well as to administer and query AD user accounts and groups. Employ Powershell scripts to automate such tasks.
  • Assist Team SME in O365 administration.
  • Manage hardware assets, including mobile device management, using Active Directory, Quest ARS, SCCM, Intune, Oomnitza, and various other tools, for both employees and contractors during hire, while employed, and in termination.
  • Use Remedy, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, and ServiceNow to manage tickets/cases in compliance with SLA's and KPI's. Assist Software Operations team in creating and maintaining ticket creation templates.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
