Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services as developed by and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, other developmental disabilities, or other behavior challenges
  • Implement clients' individual ABA treatment plans as prescribed
  • Utilize positive reinforcement and antecedent modification to increase appropriate behaviors over time
  • Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors
  • Accurately collect and graph behavior data as prescribed by the BCBA
  • Maintain courteous professional relationships with parents, teachers, other service providers, and caregivers

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Valid CO driver's license and current car insurance, reliable transportation required
  • Willing to have a comprehensive background check performed prior to being out in the field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Be able to lift 25 pounds routinely
  • Able to run, walk, sit, stand, bend, twist, and maneuver with and around children
  • Desire to build meaningful relationships to help improve the lives of our clients
  • Creative energy and initiative

Full-Time Salary Range: $45,760 - 58240 USD

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
