WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assure access to high quality ingredients through efficient and effective ingredient qualification project management.
  • Responsible for managing straightforward to medium scale ingredient qualification projects from beginning to end, with accountability for project execution and timeline management inclusive of supplier engagement.
  • Create, maintain and share interactive Power BI Ingredient Qualification dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support development and enhancements of Management Operating System (MOS) boards, Devex data reporting/visualizations and Enterprise Excellence.
  • Maintain data, systems and tools in support of ingredient qualification project portfolio management and metrics.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and direct the activities and people associated with global ingredient qualification projects and ensure timely completion of tasks to meet business objectives and cross-functional project timelines.
  • Responsible for identifying critical project issues and risks, and timely communication to leadership and other project leads, where applicable.
  • Interface with external suppliers to collect pertinent quality and compliance information.
  • Utilize IT systems to execute qualification projects, resource tracking and metric development. Including data extractions, transformations, loading data from various sources as well as data quality checks and validations.
  • Leverage various software, systems and databases to analyze data, develop automations, apply statistical methods to analyze trends/correlations, generate reports and create visualizations for cross-functional, global consumption to drive process improvement and Enterprise Excellence.
  • Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule.
  • Exercise authority and judgment within defined limits to determine appropriate action.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, external suppliers, systems partners and global project teams.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRING:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area.

Preferred:

  • Master’s Degree.
  • Ability to manage, communicate, and coordinate the ingredient qualification phases of Pre-Qualification, Supplier Assessment, Ingredient Assessment, Finished Product Assessment Approval and Communication
  • Understanding of quality and compliance culture
  • Demonstrated skills in collaborating and influencing cross-functional project teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and execution skills
  • Engagement with external parties such as vendors
  • Strong integration skills; ability to coordinate all aspects of a project or systems
  • Experience with Power BI, Sharepoint, Planview, Devex and Microsoft Office apps

Certifications:

  • PMP Desired but not required.

The base pay for this position is $57,300.00 – $114,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
