*This position will be filled as a Clerk I or Clerk II based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.*

*This is a hybrid role, with expectations that the selected candidate will report to the office 2 days per week, and lives within an hour travel time of the reporting office at 639 Loyola Ave., New Orleans, LA. This position does not offer relocation benefits.*

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
Accurately and timely processes regulatory requests for information. Performs hard copy production and distribution of request for information responses. Provides support for the production and distribution of large regulatory filings. Performs routine office support functions.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs accurate new request for information template creation.
  • Completes timely and accurate finalization of request for information responses.
  • Ensures accurate document classification and archiving in the document management system.
  • Performs hard copy production and distribution of request for information responses.
  • Updates and maintains service list distribution binders.
  • Supports production and distribution of regulatory filings.
  • Performs specialized tasks as assigned or required.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum experience required of the position:
  • Clerk-Specialty I: 0 - 3 years of clerical/administrative experience.
  • Clerk-Specialty II: 3+ years of clerical/administrative experience.


Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position:
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task and work productively as a member of a team.

Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position:
  • Must be EEI SASS test recommended.

One way that Entergy has found to identify and assess the abilities and skills needed for certain jobs is through pre-employment testing.
