Job Title: Sr. Data Entry Operator  (6-10 years)

Location: 100% Remote opportunity

Duration: 6 months

PR: $19.57 on W2 AI

Interview Process: 1 round of interviews 30 minute duration

Note: Junior profiles will be auto rejected.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm CST (Should be flexible)

40 hour work week

Required Skills:

• Accurate and efficient data entry and reviewing data, experience with Excel and navigating multiple systems.

• 10-key skills.

• alphanumeric entry

• Heavy outlook use internally
• Salesforce experience will be a plus
• Overtime may be available based on volume  

• No direct client communication, Ability to work independently is important.

Job Description:

• Does alphanumeric entry from raw data.
• Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
• Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
• Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors. Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
• Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields.
• Usually requires heavy production.

• Familiar with spreadsheets and database software.

• Data remediation.
• Strong attention to detail.
