EviDent Alliance is a doctor-owned, doctor-led multi-disciplinary dental group based in the Puget Sound region. Our goal is to allow dentists to be great dentists by efficiently managing the daily business activities of each practice and allowing the dentists to concentrate on patient care. We are currently seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join us at our Support Office located in Bellevue, WA. The Staff Accountant is responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions, revenue reconciliations, accruals, financial statement preparation, and performing general accounting functions as required.

What You'll Do:

As a Staff Accountant, you will be an integral part of our finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily cash balancing for multi-locations
  • Weekly cash transfers
  • Manage credit card reconciliation and reimbursements
  • Assist with month-end close
  • Perform bonus plan calculations
  • Support special projects and tasks as assigned
  • Act as Accounts Payable backup

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience preferred
  • Experience with revenue reconciliation for multiple locations
  • Experience in General Ledger
  • QBO
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
  • A proactive approach with a desire to learn and grow within the company
  • Continuous process improvement mindset

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$75,000.00 annually. Final salary will be determined based on several factors including maintaining the integrity and equity of our current internal wage scales as well as qualifying attributes of applicant.
