What you'll do

  • Assist the Premium Guest Services culinary team with audit entries
  • Process invoices/accounts payables
  • Order club and kitchen equipment
  • Assist with budget preparation and reconciliation, including month-end close
  • Process Admirals Club renewals and refunds
  • Update required manuals
  • Coordinate business partner access within Admirals Clubs
  • Acts as backup for various support functions
  • Assist with managing department email inbox
  • Ad hoc duties, as assigned

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High school diploma
  • Previous administration experience
  • Able to travel with short notice (including weekends and holidays) and work long hours (12-14 hours/day) under stressful, varying conditions

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Knowledge and experience using Coupa, native SABRE, Soleil, Ventana

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, organization and planning skills
