Amazon Delivery Service Partner is hiring Full-Time Station Fleet Operations Manager for a strong management team. We work exclusively with Amazon. This position may include driving large delivery vans in all weather conditions.

As the Fleet & Equipment Station Manager, your duties are manage and maintain a fleet of 40-70 vehicles.

• Managing the fleet & equipment of 40 to 70 vehicles and 100-120 devices.
• Maintaining all PMs and repairs.
• Keep a detailed reports on the condition of all vans.
• Tracking all damage occuring on all vans.
• Ensuring the fleet maintains compliance for Amazon Standards.

Requirements and key duties/responsibilities:

• Managing Fleet of 100 Vehicles
• Managing for damages.
• Inspecting vehicles every day.
• Monitor all Equipment, uniforms, and providing weekly reports.
• Any additional duties directed by leadership
• Work well with Operations manager daily.
• Ensure Operations has adequate vehicles to meet capacity

**Must be comfortable driving a large delivery van, working outdoors 9-11 hours per day. We operate in rain, sleet, and snow, and high temperatures until the job is complete.**

• Must be reliable and dependable
• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road ability to drive at night
• A valid driver's license
• A reliable smart phone (we use ADP to clock in/out, and driving software to monitor on-road distractions and safe driving
• 21 years of age or older
• Must complete a 4 panel drug screen, and be subject to random drug screening
• Must be able to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to walk packages up driveways, stairways, walkways, and any other reasonable delivery location.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of Management experience in a Amazon Delivery Service Partner environment.
• Must have at least 2 years of Delivery Service Partner experience(driver, dispatcher, etc.)
• Holds high ethical standards at all times
• Proven track record of reliability
• DOT/CDL not required
• Prior professional driving experience
• Prior experience representing a consumer brand with professionalism
• Excellent attention to detail with skill set to problem solve independently
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude
