Overview:
We are seeking a facility manager for our Baton Rouge location who can build and manage a team of couriers to facilitate delivery of packages and keep customer satisfaction top of mind.

This is Express Package delivery, so things can change daily and we need this person to not be scared of a challenge but more so excited about challenges.

Package delivery experience is nice, but more so experience in leading people and hiring people is good. This manager cannot be afraid of tough conversations and must be flexible in the hours available.

Responsibilities:
- Manage facility and company expectations
- Provide support to the team by assisting with various tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow safety protocols and lead safety meetings
- Collaborate with upper management on initiatives

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
