Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for a Stock Clerk 3 located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Performs a combination of manual and clerical duties to receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies in a central warehouse.
  • Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications and invoices; stores articles according to identifying factors; fills orders or issues supplies from stock; requisitions stock to fill incoming orders; and prepares stock use reports.
  • Determines methods or places for storage considering guidelines for temperature, humidity, weight or height limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space. Exclude shipping and/or receiving clerks.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma/GED and 4 years additional education and/or related experience.
  • Must be available to work standard 1st shift hours (For example: 6:00am to 3:30pm, overtime as needed.)
  • Detail oriented with the ability to trouble shoot as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
  • Self-disciplined, able to work as part of a team or independently as needed.
  • Ability to communicate written and verbally.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask daily workload.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • SAP experience
Salary Range: $42,000 - $70,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
