Essential Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting and assisting customers and donors promptly.
• Effectively communicate customer concerns to supervisors
• Straighten and restock sales area efficiently, following merchandising standards, sizing, and categorizing guidelines.
• Put away Wares carts.
• Stock clothes from z-racks, fitting rooms, and other areas.
• Tagging NEW GOOD jewelry, sunglasses, etc.
• Pull merchandise that has been on the sales floor too long.
