Position Overview:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and creating an inviting atmosphere. Your role will include managing staff and inventory, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming environment for kids and their families.
- Create a memorable shopping experience by offering personalized toy recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Store Operations:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Assist in managing and monitoring inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation and replenishment of popular products.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance to create an inviting space.
- Fulfill other tasks as required to ensure smooth store operations.
- Team Leadership:
- Train and manage store associates to deliver high-quality customer service and create a positive workplace culture. Assist in hiring the in-store team.
- Help create staff schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak times.
- Lead by example, providing mentorship, guidance, and motivation to staff.
- Social Media:
- Create and monitor content for social media platforms that highlight new products and the joy of play.
