PHYSICAL EFFORT WORK ENVIRONMENT (It is fast paced, a lot of walking, lift, moving pallets/skids, up/down stairs, etc.)

• Work is normally performed by driving delivery trucks, distributing goods and working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, work in a variety of different positions and work from ladders at excessive heights.
• Stand on concrete floors for extended time period.
• Subject to dust and noise and the handling of some hazardous materials.

HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW

• Issue parts, equipment and supplies as needed.
• Ensure the security of all areas where supplies are stored.
• Maintain an inventory schedule of parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Receive, log-in and ship parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of parts, equipment and supplies.
• Schedule, load, unload, and complete delivery of items to the Districts, Headquarters and other designated locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Once the assignment begins the Department of DOC will provide FORKLIFT training. There is a classroom portion and a practical test. Do you accept this requirement?
