Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Records Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and digital records, ensuring efficient retrieval when needed.
Responsibilities
- Computerize and maintain accurate records in both physical and electronic filing systems
- Assist with office management tasks related to record-keeping
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries regarding records
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Type and input data accurately into databases
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for communicating with Spanish-speaking clients
- Utilize Google Suite for various record-keeping tasks
Requirements
- Prior experience in a records management or similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting with clients
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Ability to effectively manage both physical and digital filing systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.79 - $11.91 per hour
