The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for the coordination of production, purchasing, warehousing, and distribution to fulfill customer demand and allocate vendor inventory fulfillment. Other responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional departments to understand customer demand and release information to PD/WH/3PL/Overseas team to fulfill orders.
• Utilizing NetSuite ERP system to extract reports and conduct analysis.
• Tracking and monitoring incoming shipments and liaising with the Production Manager to confirm expected production start dates for items on back-order.
• Monitoring forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
• Monitoring inventory levels across Winnsboro Plant and 3PLS to allocate sales order locations to fulfill customers’ orders.
• Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Business Administration or related bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in the field is preferred.
• Expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-reliant, good problem solver, and results-oriented.
