Summary

We are looking for a Supply Chain Scheduler to collaborate with Global Marketing, Sales, Global Operations, and the Supply Chain team to ensure stock availability, maintain production schedules, monitor terminal capacity and managing transportation needs to support the terminal schedule.

Prefer position is located in Inver Grove Heights, MN and works a hybrid schedule however can be remote.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and inventory utilization levels across GGP Terminals
  • Monitor inventory levels in various US locations for terminal and transload locations
  • Report on excess and poor quality Inventory in coordination with Sales and Operations Planning Team
  • Work on and support cross-functional teams to meet customer demands
  • Weekly reporting on inventory levels, supply performance and delivery performance
  • Conducts research on transportation methods, fleet optimization and schedule optimization
  • Develops programs to audit and monitor supply chain performance
  • Enhance delivery execution by avoiding runouts
  • Maintain customer and supplier relationships
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and/or Procurement

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other business-related program or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to function in a team-oriented environment

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
