DOLLARS AND CENTS:

• Starting pay is $20.00/hour (with attendance bonus) and increases with experience and education.

• You'll perform multiple departmental functions such as moving product, inventory, and generating and applying labels.
• Move product on and off of truck, keeping track of inventory.
• Operate forklift.
• Create and apply labels to finished and unfinished product.
• Generate product label numbers.
• Verify proper label on product inventories in designated work area.
• Maintain multiple log sheets on Label Station activity.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.

• Ideally will have previous shipping experience.
• Experience operating forklifts or ability to obtain certification.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.

• You’ll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.
• You will be working in a poultry manufacturing facility.

Benefits and incentives are available after probationary period of employment, 401k available after 1 year of employment. Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn incentives and bonuses. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits, incentives and bonuses.
