$25.00 - $30.00 Per Hour

Duties/Responsibilities:
Complete Business and Individual Tax Returns from Start to Finish
Be able to complete monthly balance sheets and profit and loss statements
Prepares month-end and year end journal entries
Prepare payroll tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies
Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned
Ability to work 50 hours a week during Tax Season (Saturdays Possibly Required)
This is a full-time position

Required Skills/Abilities:
Tax Preparation experience
Preferred Enrolled Agent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with discretion
Ability to learn new software

Education and Experience:
At least one year of related experience preferred
Quick Books experience preferred
