Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Utilize Aloha POS system or similar software for order processing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Upsell menu items to increase sales revenue
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, cash handling, and retail math
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
