WE'LL PROVIDE THE PLAYBOOK; HERE'S WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE
You know the business by overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the shift - you Provide leadership and guidance to the team members - Manage and delegate tasks to - Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards by having general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
Duties: Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Handle customer inquiries complaints, and resolve any issues that arise - Assist in training new team members, Monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed -
Team Experience: All Levels Welcome.
As a Team Member at Buffalo Wild Wings Go, we're looking for someone with previous kitchen or evening QSR concept experience. A strong understanding of food service operations and culinary techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. If you're team-focused, have a passion for training and developing others, and are familiar with interviewing, we want to hear from you.
