Fan Experience:

Guide fans seamlessly through their Yonutz adventure: from the initial greeting, tour, and ordering, to the presentation and farewell.

Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS system.

Keep our showcases full, pristine, stocked, and ready to impress at all times.

Daily Tasks:

Maintain a clean, organized environment, ensuring all areas are sparkling and inviting.

Buss tables and clean dining areas.

Do dishes, sweep and mop floors, check restrooms, maintain equipment, and tackle various cleaning duties..

Complete running side work tasks to ensure all areas of the business are fan-ready.

Complete and submit checklists every shift to ensure all tasks are accomplished.

Inventory Management / Waste Management:

Receive and properly store all food and non-perishable deliveries upon arrival.

Keep detailed logs of any donuts or other products lost or wasted.

Assist bakers with donut production or decoration as needed.

Assist other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Follow proper food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

Sales and Service:

Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.

Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales.

Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision.

Solve all problems that arise during your shift within your power; communicate higher-level concerns with management promptly.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk or stand for the majority of the shift.

Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Certification:

Recommended to have or attain a Foodservice Safety Certificate from a nationally accredited organization within 90 days of assuming the position.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with experience in POS, cash handling, and food service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Basic math skills for cash register transactions and inventory management
- Previous experience in a retail or grocery store setting is a plus
