**Overview** We are seeking a highly motivated Team Member to join our team at a quick service fast food restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and quality food. Your responsibilities will include providing support in the preparation and service of food and drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting with sales and customer service. **Responsibilities** - Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment - Maintain a clean and organized store, adhering to food safety and handling standards - Assist with cash handling and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system accurately - Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns - Perform tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the store - Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and daily specials - Help with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies - Assist with retail math and accurately process transactions **Experience** - Previous experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant is preferred - Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha, is an asset - Prior experience with food handling, food safety, and grocery store operations is a plus - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods - Experience with sales and customer service is necessary - Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Skills** - Knowledge of food handling and food safety practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficiency with cash handling and POS systems - Basic understanding of retail math - Excellent sales and customer service skills - Familiarity with grocery store operations and Aloha POS is an asset - Willingness to help with tasks as needed - Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
