Position Description :
Serco is searching for an outstanding Technical Project Admin to join our corporate IT team in support of our North America operations - (100% Remote). Our Technical Project Administrator provides support for the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all enterprise applications including Power BI, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and more. In this role you will:
  • Support Serco's business units though process development and enhancement for our IT enterprise applications.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including project schedules, status reports, presentations, resource plans, meeting schedules, and notes
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget
  • Utilize process definition and improvement methodologies with a technical foundation to collaborate across cross-functional groups.
  • Work with leadership to establish operational priorities, find creative ways to improve upon existing project management, and provide solutions that deliver a positive impact to the business.
  • Utilize Knowledge Management best practices to ensure that documentation is search-able, relate-able, and easily updated.
  • Manage the delivery of high-quality service & support for Production Operations.
  • Developing and implementing processes for collecting data from clients on their satisfaction with enterprise applications.
  • Working with staff members to develop new policies or procedures to improve corporate functional processes.
  • Reviewing customer feedback to identify trends or patterns that may require further investigation.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify process improvement opportunity as well as success of process improvement success
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or IT
  • 1 year of relevant work experience in Technical Project Management
  • Understanding and experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
Additional desired experience and skills:
  • Experience with Jira
  • Completed ServiceNow Citizen Developer training
In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $54,460.22 to $90,767.72; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
