General Pediatrics JOB SUMMARY
Provide, under direct supervision, support for specified research projects; collect, assess, and communicate data/results. Assist in general laboratory operation and inventory.

• Collect survey and biometrics samples in the field and must be very detail oriented in following the protocol while collecting data in community settings.
• Be involved in data entry and data integrity with understanding of database systems (i.e. REDCap)
• Compile end of shift reports and weekly update summaries.
• Have respectful interactions with parent-child dyads who live in Davidson County, many of whom represent underserved populations
• Ensure clear communication between academic and community partners, as well as our project staff.
• Demonstrate an understanding of acceptable procedures and techniques.
• Provide appropriate written documentation of meetings and results for dissemination to multiple stakeholders.
• Participate in participant retention strategies.
