Job Description

Temporary Human Resources Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an experienced and dedicated Temporary Human Resources Coordinator for a warehouse company based in Shorter, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to employees, assisting the HR Manager complete basic job duties related to the daily operations of an office, like scheduling meetings, coordinating training sessions, performing employee orientations and managing employee information documents and required duties. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Rate

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Temporary Human Resources Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Creating and issuing employee badges.
  • Assisting with maintaining training records related to the on-the-job training.
  • Filing employee forms in personnel files.
  • Processing invoices for payments.
  • Assisting with recruitment initiatives as needed to support other recruiters.
  • Communicating with the vending service company for employee breakrooms.
  • Employee events planning and communication (ex. Power Point updates).
  • Reports and presentations.
  • Provide other general support as required.
  • Learn and assist with visa processing.
  • Create and maintain new hire folders.
  • Assist employees with basic requests
  • Perform other duties as needed
Temporary Human Resources Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual-Spanish/English ability preferred but not required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer focus, diplomacy, an approachable personality and the ability to deal discreetly with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with proven ability to deal with multiple tasks, initiate, develop and follow through on activities and projects.
  • Good experience in Word, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas is a must), PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma
  • Must be able to lift to 50lbs. (Lifting Assessment to be given in office)
  • Drug screen and background check required.
