Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. Work experience with in the grocery business is desired, as this candidate will be working on behalf of our customers directly with Hyvee/Lomar, Fairway, and other grocers. The ideal candidate must possess strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build lasting relationships with our clients and counterparts in the industry. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through effective product demonstrations, direct sales strategies, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
• Engage in sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Utilize EF Reimann sales resources to manage customer relationships, and report on sales activities.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Execute direct sales strategies while identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
• Manage relationships with retail partners to enhance brand visibility and drive sales performance.

Experience

• Distributor and/or grocery experience is strongly prefered.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a territory management or similar role.
• Strong skills in direct sales techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to secure product placement effectively while understanding customer needs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
