Responsibilities
  • Develops, administers, maintains, and interprets healthcare benefit programs, policies, and procedures
  • Daily operational support and vendor management of healthcare ecosystem partners
  • Oversight of member escalations
  • Assesses market trends related to healthcare benefit strategies and practices and makes recommendations to support ongoing competitiveness and positively impact attraction and retention
  • Conducts research and analysis, influences collaboration, makes recommendations, coordinates and may lead projects and develops solutions
  • Interprets, creates, analyzes, communicates, and presents reports and data supporting or influencing business decisions
  • Designs, validates, and supports new and existing tools, processes, programs, and policies


Qualifications

Desired Skills:
  • Previous health care medical benefits experience strongly preferred
  • High learning agility and strong communication skills with the ability to influence others
  • Experience working with a team to design, administer and monitor medical benefit programs
  • Professional and versatile when meeting with and presenting to all levels of employees and leaders
  • History of success in previous and current role
  • Vendor management experience preferred
  • Quickly adapts to new technology solutions and adheres to best practices
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
