As a Transport Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation activities. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of transportation, from route planning to driver management. Your expertise in transportation regulations and safety standards will be essential in maintaining compliance and ensuring the safety of our drivers and cargo. Additionally, your strong leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage a team of drivers, providing guidance, training, and support.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the transportation operations of the company
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, including route planning, vehicle maintenance, and driver assignments
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
- Monitor and analyze transportation metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transportation operations
- Manage a team of drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

Experience:
- Proven experience in transportation management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing a team of drivers is preferred
