Job Description

Job Summary: As a Verizon Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact customers seeking assistance, upgrades or service adjustments with their products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service during the entire enrollment process, answer questions and resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers in direct sales presentations with the goal of enrolling them in new services or upgrading their current ones .
  • Ask questions to better understand the customers needs and provide the best solutions
  • Process orders, upgrades, and service changes accurately and efficiently.
  • Educate customers about new products, promotions, and service options to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service.
  • Uphold both our firm and Verizon’s commitment to customer satisfaction and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week
