Job Description: Personal Concierge & Cleaner

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful individual to fill the combined role of Personal Concierge and Cleaner. This unique position requires a proactive approach to managing personal tasks and ensuring cleanliness in various environments. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, anticipate client needs, and maintain a hygienic space.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements.-

Task Management: Assist clients with daily tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating events.-

Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.-

Lifestyle Services: Provide recommendations and reservations for dining, entertainment, and activities tailored to client interests.-

Cleaning Tasks: Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.

Restroom Maintenance: Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.-

Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.-

High-Touch Surface Care: Clean and disinfect high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops.-

Research: Conduct research to find solutions and resources that meet client needs and requests.

Problem-Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise, providing timely and effective solutions.

Equipment Maintenance: Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and report any maintenance issues.-

Adherence to Protocols: Follow health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a personal concierge, cleaner, or in a similar role.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning duties.

Education: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
