The Cleveland Museum of Art seeks qualified part-time Visitor Services Associates. This position is customer service oriented and duties include processing ticket orders and museum memberships in person or by phone through a computerized ticketing system. Welcoming customers as they enter the building, helping them navigate to their destination throughout the museum, and overseeing their experience in specific exhibition spaces. Ensuring visitors have an overall great experience at CMA. This is a fast-paced customer service environment. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are required. Computer proficiency and ticket selling experience desired. Work conditions may require standing for long periods of time. Associates may be asked to work at the Transformer Station, our off-site exhibition gallery, located at 1460 W 29th St. on an as needed basis, up to one day per week.

Weekday. weekend, and evening shifts are available. Part-time shifts are approx. 21 - 28 hours per week, at the rate of $14 per hour.
