Associate would be responsible for:

• Review order specifications for the order currently running on the line to ensure accuracy and instantly report any deviation from order requirements.
• Continually perform quality checks to make sure it's meeting the expectations of the client.
• Continually check the product is free of straight-line tears, poor seals, discoloring, poor perforations, blocking, pinholes and poor-quality printing.
• Always observe all safety requirements and immediately report any unsafe conditions.
• Place product into properly identified boxes, place the correct labels on the boxes, and properly place the boxes on skids to prevent crushing.
• Move completed skids from lines, stretch wrap it and bring to designated staging area.
• All packaging personnel will initial the quality control sheet next to the number that corresponds with the carton number that has been quality checked and also record weight of that case.
• Maintain good housekeeping.
• To leave sufficient boxes, concentrate, and other related materials for the next shift.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Requires a minimum lifting capacity of 50 lbs.
• Able to bend, stretch, squat, ascend & descend stairs.
• Be able to read and follow instructions.
• Obtain repro, concentrates, boxes, skids, and cores cut to size as required.
• Assist your fellow employee when possible.
• Help create a team effort.
• English is a must.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay starts at 15+ per hour, with possibility of a pay rate increase within the first 3 months.

8AM-8PM .
