Arctic Air Services has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Manager. This position will oversee our warehouse operations and activities, including managing up to 5 employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse duties as well as office administration. The Warehouse Manager works regularly with employees, and management staff. Must communicate effectively, accomplish time-sensitive tasks, and assume accountability for work performed.

Duties:

· Manage receiving & distribution of job materials

· Schedule delivery truck to job sites

· Assuring builder schedule adherence

· Purchase orders

· Manage Inventory levels

· Keep warehouse organized & clean

· Great communication skills with field employees

· Support administrative departments

· Proven multitasker - ability to work & respond to a fast paced, high-volume environment, including office emails, phone calls and vendor interactions

Qualifications

· Must have valid driver's license

· Must have forklift certification

· Bilingual a plus! (Spanish, Portuguese)

· Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word etc.)

· Good verbal and written communications

· Trouble shooting/problem solving skills

· Logistics experience

· Managerial experience

· Organized

· Detailed

· Willingness to learn

· Self-starter with a strong work ethic.

· Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment

· Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb stairs, stretch, twist or reach) for extended or intermittent periods of time.

· Push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience
