Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities while ensuring efficient operations and adherence to productivity targets. Candidates must have previous warehouse operations management experience, experience handling orders for large retailers would a bonus.

Primary Responsibilities:
•    Plan and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
•    Build and develop a skilled team, adjusting workforce as needed to meet workload demands.
•    Manage warehouse layout and inventory levels to optimize storage and facilitate order processing.
•    Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides and customer order requirements.
•    Schedule incoming and outgoing loads, maintaining organized inventory to facilitate efficient order picking.
•    Maintain warehouse condition, equipment, and safety standards.
•    Oversee yard maintenance and relocation of trailers as necessary.
•    Supervise receiving process, including inspections and inventory management.
•    Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:
•    Previous warehouse management experience with a focus on routing guide compliance.
•    Proven ability to implement process improvements.
•    Knowledge of safety and legal procedures for handling goods.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective leadership and collaboration.
•    Experience driving yard trucks and forklifts; commercial driver’s license a plus.
•    Ability to lift and move heavy loads.

Pay: $100,000-$110,000
