Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily management of warehouse inventory, including classification, stacking, sorting, labeling, and inbound and outbound scheduling of goods. It is required to be familiar with the characteristics of inventory, classify and manage, and reasonably place it to facilitate the operation of warehouse operators to ensure the accuracy of inventory.

2. Strictly implement the inventory receipt and delivery process and requirements, correctly and punctually operate all warehouse inbound and outbound orders, and adhere to the principle of goods and orders going together.

2. Responsible for the regular inventory of the warehouse, connect with the headquarters for inventory requirements, output inventory plans according to actual conditions and implement them as required.

3. Receive a small number of walk-in customers and solve customer demands in a timely manner.

4. Manage the docking of local logistics channels, including but not limited to the introduction of new channels, price negotiations, bill verification and payment procedures.

5. Responsible for the attendance management of warehouse employees, work arrangements and other daily affairs.

6. Maintain close contact with the functional departments of the headquarters, and communicate and feedback in a timely manner if there are any problems.

7. Monitor service quality and team performance, including key performance indicators such as call quality, customer satisfaction and response time

8. Crisis public relations handling of major customer complaints: externally, respond to customers quickly and effectively; internally, feedback on customer demands in a timely manner. Properly solve problems

Recruitment requirements:

1. At least 2 years of warehouse management experience;

2. Proficient in office software and familiar with ERP operating system;

3. Work conscientiously and responsibly, have good communication and expression skills, and have strong logical thinking;

4. Required to speak Chinese and English.
