Friendly family in Needham is seeking a warm and loving Full Time Nanny for their baby girl (approximately 9 months old at the start of the position). Applicants must be at least 25 years old, cpr & first aid certified, vaccinated for Covid, Flu, and Tdap, and have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience. Responsibilities will include all child related tasks (feedings/meal prep, baby laundry, tidying of play spaces, diapering/potty training, etc...). Candidates should be engaging, playful, as well as knowledgeable around child development and willing to take a proactive role in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities. During downtimes the family would also appreciate help with light tidying around the house (emptying the dishwasher, occasional errands, wiping down counters, etc..). Ideal candidates will be punctual, reliable, energetic, creative, and strong communicators. Both parents work from home some of the time but will be in a separate space. Driving to local activities will be needed so a valid license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record are required. The family has a home in Cotuit, so light travel is required on occasion during the summer. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm Rate: $32-35/hr Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, paid holidays. Start: February 1st (with flexibility for a slightly earlier start for the right fit).
