As the Warming Station Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Warming Station, making adjustments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and make recommendations for changes to the Program Director
  • Create and post bi-weekly schedules, approve schedule changes, and contact staff about substituting for shifts
  • Act as a backup for staff as needed
  • Provide direct services to guests, including intakes, referrals, and information provision
  • Work a variety of shifts to ensure direct interaction with each staff member

Warming Station Supervisor Minimum Salary: $35.00

Warming Station Supervisor Maximum Salary: $35.00

Warming Station Supervisor Schedule:
  • Monday - Sunday, average 35 hours per week
    • Varied hours
    • Mainly between 5pm and 8am
    • On-Call Shifts possible
  • This is a seasonal position and NOT benefit eligible

Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent – 60 hours of coursework in Human Services, Social Work, Public Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Health or related field
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 3-5 years of experience
