Commune is immediately hiring Servers for our Norfolk location.

JOB DUTIES:

• Assisting in delivering beverages and food to the guests
• Cashiering/Money handling
• Accurately closing out guests checks
• Assisting with table bussing
• Delivering food and beverages to the table
• Answering the phone and providing accurate and helpful information
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
• Completing all opening and closing side work duties
• Providing the guests with a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• General ABC & Food Safety knowledge
• Knowledge using a POS system
• Basic math skills
• Problem solving

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Serving & Bartending experience

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be available to work mornings
• Must be available to work weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
