Position Overview: The Wildlife & Insulation Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by performing all aspects of insulation, rodent and wildlife services through service stops and other customer interactions.

Able to take DNR test to qualify for wildlife contact.

Must be able to get to the office in the morning and then will be placed with your team for the day.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform all jobs including insulation, rodent and wildlife and services of all kinds including treatments and insulation replacement. Diagnose and resolve wildlife issues.
Install/remove varying types of insulation including spray foam and blown. You will be moving around in various spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
Review and communicate contracts with customer and receive payment.
Perform exclusion services.
Perform trap checks both snap and live, relocate animals to appropriate designated areas.
Apply products according to label and Rite Way operating procedures.
Schedule follow-up services as needed.

General Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and product labels.
Must be able to move, navigate and climb all types of ladders including 40-foot ladders.
Comfortable working on roofs, inside attics and crawlspaces.
Flexible in job duties.
Comfortable working with different types of equipment.
Time management and organizational skills. Must be comfortable with making periodic stops to the office to pick up/drop off client contracts, drop of cash or check payments, and check in with the office admin/manager about the progress of clients.

Experience and Requirements:

Service-minded, motivated and an independent self-starter.
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
Ability to build customer relationships and provide appropriate levels of customer service.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Must hold or be able to pass required state licenses.
Work outside in variable weather conditions.

You must have some form of experience dealing with pests/wildlife! Whether that be with common pests like rats, mice, squirrels (etc.) or with larger animals such as raccoons, opossums, deer or aquatic birds. Only candidates that have experience closely relating to the position we're hiring for will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
