Dillard's is looking for full time sales associate in the Women's Department. Candidates should be energetic and enjoy selling. Building relationships is a key component to the position. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales goal through building repeat business, assisting in visual presentations throughout the department, regular attendance and timeliness, and more.
