Founded in 1998, H.C. Anderson Roofing Company, Inc. is an industrial and commercial roofing contractor serving the Midwest. This service area includes Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin. We are known for using high quality materials, a fast response time, and providing a reliable service. Now we’re looking for an inside sales representative to help us grow across the market.

Responsibilities & duties:

• Outreach to potential people using a given directory to book inspections
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about our process
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Persuade the customer to book an inspection to evaluate their roof damage
• Document the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet appointment quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000 Base Salary 50$ / Qualified Appointment .5% Commission on Leads Generated
