Primary Responsibilities:

Camera Classes (Studio, Acting For Camera, Integrated)
Cinematography and Camera Operator
Lighting
set up and design
Audio Supervision
Set up video cart for educational student viewing while filming
Log, upload, and distribute classroom footage
Work in collaboration with acting faculty to teach and correct technical techniques for the students
Supervise distribution for props and set dressing from AV stock
4th Semester Film projects
Cinematography and Camera Operator
Location sound mixing
Graduation Performance and Workshop Filming
Camera Operator
Slate/Camera Log
Coordinate with Audio Engineer all sound needs
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year experience with narrative cinematography.
Familiarity with Interchangeable Lens Cameras and their operation.
Familiarity with basic lighting setup and design for film/video.
Experience with basic location sound such as lavalier microphones, boom microphones, and portable digital recorder (Zoom H6 or similar).
Experience with videography/cinematography of live events.
Microsoft Office and Google Suite Familiarity
Experience with Canon C200, C300 or any of the Canon Cinema EOS line (Preferred)
Experience working as part of a multi-camera team (Preferred)
At least 1 year experience working in a higher education classroom setting. (Preferred)

Position Information:

The regular schedule for this role is 20 hours per week. This is subject to change based on department needs.
The pay range for this position is $20 - $24/hr.
This position is subject to a background check upon a conditional offer of employment and a reference check.
This is a fully in person role.
