Location and Schedules:

Position 1: Fridley, Columbia Heights, and St. Anthony High Schools

Fridley High School:

• Address: 6000 West Moore Lake Drive NE, Fridley, MN 55432
• Schedule:Mondays to Thursdays, 3:15 PM - 6:15 PM
• Session 1: September 16 - October 1

Columbia Heights High School:

• Address: 1400 49th Ave NE, Columbia Heights, MN 55421
• Schedule: Mondays to Thursdays, 3:15 PM - 6:15 PM
• Session 2: October 7 - October 23 (no class on October 17)

St. Anthony Village High School:

• Address: 3303 33rd Ave NE, St Anthony, MN 55418
• Schedule: Mondays to Thursdays, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Session 3: November 4 - November 19

Columbia Heights High School:

• Address: 1400 49th Ave NE, Columbia Heights, MN 55421
• Schedule: Mondays to Thursdays, 3:15 PM - 6:15 PM
• Session 4: December 2 - December 17

Position 2: Blaine Safeway Classroom

Blaine Safeway Classroom:

• Address: 1155 County Hwy 10, Blaine, MN 55434
• Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Session 1: September 23 - October 14
• Session 2: October 21 - November 14 (no class on October 31, November 5)
• Session 3: November 25 - December 17 (no class on November 28)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging classroom training sessions.
• Teach a comprehensive curriculum on driving techniques and safety practices.
• Evaluate students through interactive checkpoints and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff.

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license for 3+ years.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass BCA and FBI background checks.
• Patience and strong communication skills. Previous teaching experience is preferred.

Licensing:

• Obtain a Minnesota Driving Instructor License by passing state exams.
• We provide exam preparation support and cover all licensing fees.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.5 – 14 per week
