Overview:
The Concierge Representative is responsible for greeting all customers (Operators, staff, contractors and guests) with eye contact and a warm welcome, providing name badges for all appropriate customers entering the Support Center Campus, serving all customers with remarkable hospitality in addition prioritizing projects in between answering Support Center calls, My Campus Services calls and inputting service request into Service Now.

  • Make eye contact and ensure each customer receives a remarkable experience.
  • From a safety and security standpoint, ensure all guest entering the buildings have a guest name badge
  • Maintain safety and security protocol (AED/CPR locations and knowledge)
  • Receive and direct a high volume of incoming calls to both the Support Center and My Campus Services (MCS)
  • Contributing individually to the 3-year road map for continued innovation and growth "Pursue what is next"
  • Connecting with individual Staff members if they were not notified within iVisitor of guest arrivals
  • Calling front Security Stations to secure UBER/LYFT information
  • Partner with Security regarding Operator/Staff/Contingent credential needs
  • Report building issues, (leaks, facility needs, cleaning needs, Service Now requests, etc.)
  • Keep a map of office space/seating chart available to readily assist others in locating staff or conference rooms.
  • Log incoming MCS requests in Service Now
  • Fulfill Concierge MCS requests according to the Service Level Agreement
  • Attend Campus Hospitality, Department meetings and quarterly Concierge meetings
  • Maintain Concierge documents, guest registration system and phone system
  • Maintain a tidy Concierge desk area and supplies
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • Hospitality experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and aptitude to learn new software
  • Demonstrates professionalism
  • Excellent customer service with a servant spirit
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and judgement
  • Strong self-starter with strong follow-through and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to identify and set priorities
  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High level of initiative and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years in a Corporate Environment or relevant work experience
  • Certified Notary
  • CPR Certification
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Travel Requirements: 10% Required Level of Education: High School Preferred Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree
